Return & Refund Policies
Sundancers is dedicated to customer service and providing you with the most positive shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may use our contact page to request a return or email us at info@SundancersSol.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Sundancers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
